Fishing Seasons We fish for Rockfish starting in April, we'll troll for trophy fish, then towards the end of May we'll start trolling and chumming for smaller fish.  Then around the middle of May we start fishing for other species like croaker, spot, bluefish and Spanish Mackerel. Then in November we start trolling for the large Rock again until the end of December.
